21 Day Sugar Detox


Are you interested in cutting out sugar and seeing how good you can feel? Are you wanting to shift into more healthy eating, but not sure where to start? If so this is a great place to start!

We will work together on a 4 week guided cleanse using Diane Sanfilippo’s 21 day sugar detox.

Week 1 We will lay the foundation for the workshop and talk about how to prepare to best succeed by doing things such as: • Removing sugar and temptation from your kitchen • Setting up meal plans and shopping lists to make the cleanse easy • How to stay on track when you work outside of home • How to work around office junk food temptations • We will also talk about what you can expect during your detox and what emotions and symptoms may come up for you.

Week 2-3 Each week during the detox we will check in to track our progress and also support each other with any challenges that may have come up. We will also start to track our positive results we are seeing from shifting to a healthier way of eating.

Week 4 At the end of the 21 day detox we will have a special call to talk about how to integrate all the healthy steps you just took and how you can continue to keep sugar out of your life to feel your best.

The workshop meets 1x per week for 4 consecutive weeks.
